server down?

    Hi guys just introduced a new member goes by the name of dazzzzer however I have a problem when I try and connect to the server I get the message ... I'm sorry could not connect etc is the server down or do I have another problem ?
    btw I have just installed on a new laptop running Vista , installation went fine no problems sp game plays ok I have just checked.

    my two cents:


    you can check the status on the Server Page (http://www.crossfire.swat-portal.de/eng.htm)


    when it says "N players online" and "The Server is NOT Full".


    When the server is rebooting, it says "Server is Rebooting", etc.


    that should be fine.


    If not...try to close Freelancer and restart by the launcher (so it can download updates or anything important) :)

    OP, server is online, but its NOT doing fine, try playing and maybe you will be convinced (PvP impossible)

    I have to agree that the server has gone quite nuts lately, however PvP is still possible, its just the crashes which become more often

    I've got the same problem, i just got a comp with vista on it yesterday. SP works but when i try to play online it says that when i click on it

    Then you just have the regular Vista-problem :) But not in this thread pls.
