Well OP, truth be told... If we were given instructions for the proper name and tag order before our[GR] character's creation, this wouldn't be a problem.

FWIW, In the past back during CF 1.7, I had always seen the server police using the "NAME"_(SP) tag for server police characters, so I assumed the GR would be the same, that is why mine is like it is.

Seriously though Brett, if you need help and advice in the Inner Core, please don't hesitate to PM me and I can give some further advice, some of my experiences flying solo in the Inner Core and flying in many expeditions with the Silver Arrows/Knights of Mercy/volunteer Freelancers. The Silver Arrows are explorers and our principle threats are hostile xeno-lifeforms, so we are specialists in dealing with them and how to survive deep in the hostile Inner Core systems. Personally I love the Inner Core and thrive on the action there! With the advent of wide-screen, flat panel monitors becoming cheaper and easily available OP, the 1680x1050 rez is quickly becoming common, along with 848x480, 1024x600, 1280x768 and 1440x900.

Actually, I just noticed the 1680x1050 rez information is posted up near the beginning of the thread. Copy and paste?

OP, I know the 1680x1050 wide-screen rez I setup using the tutorial I found here works pretty good, you want me to email you my FL config files for it?

Ummmm Mike... If she is a complete unknown player to Fud, he has no choice as a Silver Arrow member but to ask her intentions and why she is there. I'm sure she's harmless, so then he'll give her a OK to pass through the system. It's just standard procedure as stated in the SA manual, I'm sure most clans do the same to somebody entering their system of whom they don't know or have never seen before. If no SA is there, sure anyone can come right on through.

It's hard doing the Inner Core solo perhaps, but I do the same all the time... My Scout ship is currently stationed in Weth, I have to fly solo sometimes to some of the most remote hostile Dom' locations in the Inner Core like the Dom'Setek controlled systems like Pyrddra or Celldra. (they use my favorite alien-tech weapons, Ther'hon cannons! )

Yes, Omega-3 is the Silver Arrows home, our clan system. Our outpost operational center for Inner Core missions and expeditions, aka the "SAOC", is stationed at the GMG Hypergate Base next to the gate. SA_FUD is one of our Ensigns, if he hails you there, just tell him you're either crossing the system or you're going to the Inner Core of which he'll then give you access to pass.

The gate is one-way lil' lady. You'll have to find a way out of the Inner Core sector. If you don't have a map, get one in my siggy to help you find your way out.

Yes Michael, I've met and talked to the ones already I mentioned by name, save Zuckergusche(Minni Mouse). I think she's more on Eve Online though from what I've read of her posts, either that or I'm sure it's the time zone differences that keep us from meeting up on the server. I'll keep an eye out for the rest of them when I'm on the server and welcome them to Crossfire as they make themselves known, along with the rest of the male Freelancers as I already do.
