    Same for me. If I know about an upcoming event, I'll make time for it.
    If I don't know, I miss it and feel bad afterwards because I could have made time.

    To every EM: Please use the calendar, people look there for events.

    no. You escort the transports to Order HQ as ordered by the mission. After that, you meet Juni and King in the bar and they ask you to join them. You decline, and then go explore Sol. Then you are free to do the bonus missions and buy ship upgrades and stuff.

    When you are ready to continue the main story, go back to Order HQ, meet Juni and King, and accept their next mission

    edit: other 2 breaks are on GMG station in Omega-3, both before a trip to IC.
    During all these breaks you can even go to altair and IC, even though you are not supposed to do that yet. (mind your rep with coalition and DK)

    I am worried about some ship stats.
    Eagle VHF: (shiparch.ini -> ge_fighter6)
    yaw rate: 76.8 degrees / second
    pitch rate: 76.8 degrees / second
    roll rate: 78.5 degrees / second
    this is realistic since the ship has the same mass distribution on roll, pitch and yaw axis

    now some capital ships

    Liberty dreadnought - virginia (shiparch.ini -> my_li_dreadnought)
    yaw rate: 23.8 degrees / second
    pitch rate: 23.8 degrees / second
    roll rate: 92.5 degrees / second

    as we can see the dreadnought has awesome roll rate because all its mass is spread out in length (close to roll axis)

    The following one has me worried, what happened to physics here?

    Soulforge train (shiparch.ini -> my_ltrain_ship)
    yaw rate: 12 degrees / second (I understand this, cargo is front and rear heavy)
    pitch rate: 12 degrees / second
    roll rate: 5.7 degrees / second (???)

    This ship, like the liberty dreadnought, has all its mass close to the roll axis, yet it rolls like a brick. According to physics, we should expect a roll rate of about 2-4 times the pitch/yaw rate, like the dreadnought, instead we get half. Is this a bug? Roll rate should be closer to 30 degrees / second
    Autopilot doesn't seem to like it either, it steers in the wrong direction after you hit an asteroid and starts weird barrel rolls

    ***the axis rates are calculated from steering_torque / angular_drag * 180 / PI. Order is Yaw, Pitch, Roll.

    @Portalearth same here. As soon as anything happens, the first thing the mainstream media say is: it was not a muslim/refugee, it was local criminals or something
    Next, they try to cover it up like nothing happened. It is almost a crime to report how bad immigrants are behaving.
    Good thing there's plenty of alternative media here too (and no not all of them are right wing)
    Need I remind you of the muslim rapefugees in Cologne? Now I am probably being racist (sarcasm)
    It took 3 days for the mainstream media to finally admit they were rapefugees and not some local thugs. (while the police saw plenty of those guys' papers that night)

    And yes, you need to be quick on Facebook. One day you are reading something, save the link, next day it's gone

    Disclaimer: you have the right to disagree with me.
    I have been educating myself about Islam and concluded it has its good and evil parts. There are many kinds of muslims and only a few are really out there to cause mayhem or convert Europe to Islam. Most just want to have peace. Problem is, you don't know who is who until they blow up some people.
    Please note, I have no problem with muslims in general, only with radical Islam.
    I agree with @Huor about being guilty.
    Europe's politicians are being too politically correct and that should change. Politicians should grow a pair and address problems instead of looking the other way.
    They should drive zero tolerance for migrant misbehaviour and send them back to where they came from. Instead, anyone who reports migrant misconduct is called a racist, wow.
    Another big problem is their point of view on the war in Syria. European politicians are too idealistic, they still believe they can get justice in Syria. They say Assad is bad, he must leave and they won't negotiate with him. Instead, they support the Arabic spring in Syria, send weapons to the opposition and contribute to total chaos. Europe could have totally avoided the Syrian war, the rise of Isis and the migrant crisis, only if they had negotiated with Assad instead of pulling out their diplomats.
    We all know what happened with justice in Iraq and Libya. At least those dictators could keep order, when you remove order, you get chaos.

    As for America, I think neither Trump nor Hillary would be a good president. Hillary would make a second Germany, and Trump would start the 3rd world war. It's a shame Obama cannot stay 4 more years, and I hope he gets back after 4 years, if USA still exists by then.

    @Portalearth what do the American media have to say? Try facebook and twitter, they are not censored as much as the mainstream media.

    @dark68360 I made mistake
    refire rate for rheinland is 3.03 and same for civilian (not 3.33)
    that gives rheinland twice the damage of the civilian
    civilian:
    hull: 3636 shield: 1415

    rheinland:
    hull: 7272 shield: 3030

    by the way, all turrets except coalition are dual barreled so damage is x2

    Ok, so they were twin barreled and then went back to single barrel, without changing the damage back? that sucks, they used to have same damage as Kusari turret. Glad I'm using civilian turrets then.

    Kusari BS Turrets. Has two barrels for x2 the damage (stats reflect single projectile)

    same for liberty, bretonia, rheinland and civilian, and I believe coalition too

    Osiris and Virginia are both good choices. They are both CD resistant and have a good shape for navigating asteroid fields.
    If you are not sure which one you need, here's a comparison of their strong points.
    Battleships:
    - Best for use against fighters (Inner Core, aliens)
    - Small size, good in asteroid field
    - Maneuvers faster than dreadnoughts

    Dreadnoughts
    - Best for use against capital ships (X-3043, ASF/CSF)
    - More firepower: two extra torpedos compared to battleships
    - More armor than battleships

    By the way, it is very advisable to install Armor class 10 on both Battleship and Dreadnought, this will increase their hull to 700.000 and 900.000 respectively.
    Also, the turrets from Crossfire docks are very good against fighters (high refire rate and decent range) and decent against battleships
    There are also more specialized turrets with either more range (at the cost of refire rate) or more damage (at the cost of range)
    By the way, the wiki is not up to date on battleship turrets, I would just visit the places that sell turrets to be sure.

    thanks a lot :)
    but if the Cayman is easy to hit, in pvp wouldn't that make it easy for the opponent to hit you :?:

    Only if you are right in front of him, moving in a straight line or shooting at him head on.

    Remember this when you fly a Cayman:
    - Get behind your opponent and stay there, Cayman is agile enough to do that against most ships.
    - When your opponent is gunning at you, concentrate on evasive maneuvers and don't fly straight.
    - Never attack a Chimera or Iguana head-on, instead circle them and hit them when they can't hit you.
    - Missiles are in the advantage of the most agile ship. You can get in a superior position to fire them and more agility means more chance to evade missiles fired at you.
