Talking mainly about new systems added by CF ... is possible use some of newly written descriptions in wiki for add those in game? (with mod update).

Ive read through a bunch of descriptions and I have to change my opinion on my previous answer.
Technically it is possible, yes but these description contain many spoilers about locations, story and other elements of the game which do not fit as system desciption inside the game.
Even the vanilla systems do not have such information.
However, it might work to add this information as rumors to the bar npcs.

I will continue on work for CF wiki, it seems that people are using it more and hopefully it can help with increase server population.
