missing withdrawal 2

something is still wrong with account withdrawals. enter in bank balance it says 1429?????? ships account says 293317113 now i made two withdrawals of 9 mill and 20mill. enter in bank balance 1400??????. ships account did not change and still shows 293317113. so 29mill came out of bank account however did not go into ships account which it normally do,s. it also did not make the sound indicating a amount change. so where did the 29 mill go. when you deposit from ships account to bank account is all works fine but when withdrawing from bank account to ships account the amount is not showing in ships account.. withdrawal problems ?? the ship was |TSH|curious
