Then how come there are Mollys, which are criminals in Bretonia - it's like seeing Liberty Rogues in Rheinland or Edge Worlds...
And on Tekagi's Base - Bretonia's bribes, NPCs, equipment...

Tohoku is DC space, is a clan system and you need DC´s permision to fly in there. So i dont know if OP modified the factions inside there, but that can be very posible.
BTW Haegar, i checked DC sytem rules and there is not diplomacy about DD, I will tell Gonzo to deal with you about it if you are ok with it.

Tohoku System Rules allow transit for player below level 40 (initially)
