what?, omicron alpha, omicron theta, and mandar, i think is enough, anyway, those fraccions are allready fixed, so far as I know you can't have any of them friendly.

not sure thats correct about nomads. i once had a nomad tag appear around my saracen i.e your tag may appear as Navy-{UAC}Dop..., my one was Nomad-{UAC}Dop...!! gunny witnessed this in arena and was very suprised. prolly down to the fact that i was killing any npc that moved!!

nomads not but DKs yes.i finished the SP campaign and they were neutral.i read a post about this and maybe there's another way,taking out xenos....but maybe it has been fixed

I've encountered Dom'Kavash that are neutral, but I suppose it doesn't count if it's on a mission?
