NPCs use nanobots and shieldbateries

Where would be the fun in that? If the npc's are too easy to kill the game gets boring.

That depends on what weapons you use and how good a pilot you are. Get yourself a VHF, some good guns and missiles and practice, practice, practice. Besindes, once you kill an npc, you can sell his or her escape pod for up to 100,000 credits. An average fighter cargo full of pods can bring several million at almost any prison in CF. So the effort is worthwhile.

one in Hamburg: Vierland Prison,
one in Shikoku: Fuchu Prison,
and one in Neophobos, which is owned by the UAC.

i think that its much better when NPCs use bats and bots. otherwise the game would be tooooo easy lol

I found it first damn tough I then got used to it I just had to become better to kill NPC. It made me better in NPC

LoL all the NPC's (except DK) are not too hard to kill so maybe you should search them and haunt them for a couple of Hours so you can train yourself in killing NPC's

And you are using bots&bats yourself aswell don't you?
(when fighting NPC's) so what's the big deal

Think of it this way: Imagine yourself in the NPCs place... Wouldn't you move and dodge like a lunatic to stay alive? I know I sure would. Also, consider... NPCs only get one "life" per name (ostensibly). So they fight to live. If only they were a little better at it

Oh, and regarding Batts and Bots being used by NPCs. You really do get used to it, and after a while they're as easily killed as non-Batt-or-Bot using NPCs. If you want some real NPC killing lessons, go to Altair and start beating on the Nomads and DK. That'll teach ya

i understand that NPC are peopl too, have u ever tried to move THAT quick?

I move even crazier then that when my shields are down to avoid getting hull damage and it works . I learned some of my best dodging skills watching npcs. so i salute all npcs out there for teaching me valuable skills I also move like that in RL when i tried to survive dodgeball and I won lol

lol. now i know that NPC are used not just for killing.
