To be honest Im not sure it this is how things should be for Flathead. I had graphic on max (checked) to be sure it is not due graphic settings. If this is ok, some small visual improvement will be welcomed 
...
btw.: is nice to see that some players not forget about me after more as four years 
Edit: nvm, I thought it was the outside view and that the camera hardpoint was very close to ship's body.
Back in the days when I made this ship, I modelled the cockpit the way that it has a separate mesh part for the cockpit so it can be used for the cockpit model if needed. However back then my texturing skills were way more limited than now so it is a bit messy.

So the cockpit mesh is in the mod but unused. When imported into Milk, the textures are good, in the CMP viewer they are messed up.

Could be, also I noticed that HardCMP sometimes messes up the texturing, but ingame the meshes are fine.
