So i was going through the main campaign and when i reach planet toledo my ship is replaced with the starter ship any ideas ?

Are you using old game saves (i.e. original FL Game Saves)?

No i started a fresh game. i also had just done a fresh install of the game and crossfire 2.0 apart from a crash or 2 i had no other problems just when i arrived at toledo this happend. As another note the cut scene that is ment to play (Where trent is told about the station) does not play dont know if that helps ?

Maybe try the save game to see if it something with the install?

Hello KILLerMONkeyZA,
make sure you didn't tick "OpenSP" in launcher options.
If you did, untick it and load the latest mission save (not autosave).
