New Here; Can't find CF Launcher

Hi everyone, like my title says.

Fresh FL + CF 2.0 activated through (also fresh) FLMM 1.31

desperately can't find the game launcher.

Any help much appreciated.

Now I have error copy [E00000046]

I tried every shader selections + reboot launcher with no shader + reboot computer with no shader.

no joy.

I removed everything. will try another fresh install

nvm I'm gone. some old stuff are meant to remain dead and buried.
