    As quite a few of you might have experienced, the BG is blocking the transportation of government agents lists to planet Earth.


    The reason for this is that we are playing our part in the RP: we (military) are protecting our interest, the names of fellow government employees: secret agents. It would be devestating if the list would get out.


    When you approach a blockade, you will be warned not to proceed. You can get a chance to sell the cargo back at Los Angelos, hence loosing no money only a lot of time or drop it (after which it will be destroyed).
    If you do not comply, force will be used to stop you.


    Transporting other equipment like Sol Artifacts, Chemicals, VIPS and so on is not prohibited.


    A good alternative to the LA - earth trading route is the "Prisoners run". Transporting chemicals from planet Manhattan to planet New Berlin, from there prisoners to planet Stuttgart and then luxery food back to Manhattan. It might not be that profitable as the Manhattan - LA - Earth - Manhattan route, but you will not find a police or military ship in your way.

    Mercs or Pirates can be hired/suborned to attack militaries while u can snick with ur train with a full cargo of Agents Lists.

    We are responding to the illegal trade of government agents lists. When the blockade in Dublin spots another illegal, government harming good to be transported, it will be stopped as well.


    And of course if a police officer or military pilot spots a smuggling action going on no matter where, they can take action to stop it.

    i have a question.....becuase of the fact that your transporting the Agent lists from one police base (i think LA is a police base) why would that be smuggling? I could understand if you were taking it to a pirate/rouges base, but taking government agents lists to a police base?

    it only takes one police officer that is unhappy with his job and his government to do the trick. Or an infiltrated agent.


    And in a planet as big as Earth, Coallition officers may be waiting undercover for those lists.



    But i got to say.. the Alliance really have hundreds of thousands of agents eh..

    let me first say: I LOVE THE BLOKADE. of course, we (pirates) are tring to breake it so we can trade normally further, and yesterday we had a big fight in Dublin. good work guys, just keep it going so


    but, i have a question about WHO are you going to stop and maybe kill. i talked with Tassie this morning and he said that every pirate is his enemy: either the pirate drives VHF or Train. and he says that he can kill my , while im in a train, even if i dont have illegal cargo (goverments lists, of course). he says that he can kill pirate even if the train is trading VIPs. so i ask you, is that tru? cuz you, Nitro, said that you are going to stop smugglers only


    btw, some of you may understand this wrong, so im going to repeat myself and say this once more: KEEP THE BLOKADE UP. i dont want to destroy it with some post, i better like to kill you all policemans in Dublin :-)

    Inferno, you are mixing 2 things here.


    Pirates are always legitimate targets for police and military pilots.


    When transporting black market goods, such as government agents lists, will be stopped. It doesn't matter what kind of license the pilot in question is using at that time.

    What Happened is:


    Inferno rushed the gate and got thru before i killed him.


    I chased him into Sol to kill him.


    First he said u cant kill me cause i got past the blockade. My response was, yes i can u are a pirate and i can kill u anywhere, anytime. Its our Role Play and yours.


    Then he said, 'well ive got a traders licence in this train so u cant kill me'. I said 'Licence dont matter in Role Play its the clan Role that is important not the licence'.


    To stop bad feelings i gave up the chase and said 'post this on the forum and see what ppl think'.


    The other stuff about VIP's shows Inferno has promise as a writer of fiction. :)


    As far as im concerned its no big deal. Inferno didnt want to loose all those millions and i dont blame him.

    Take a lesson from Amos and Myself for example.


    If I am in my train, then more than likely he will be looking for me and even cross many systems to get there. If I am in my fighter, he will use baiting tactics to get me to respond to his cruiser..


    If I see Amos and his train, I will go looking for him too and so forth.


    Sometimes we get a little over the top with it, but it is called roleplay and we have fun doing it.


    I am a Cop, he is a Pirate so we are natural enemies and we shoot on sight. Ask him and I bet he will tell you the same.


    Privy will enter Tarsus just to start a chase to a fight, so play your role as pirates or police and enjoy.


    BTW what is it will RIP pirates taxing LP and FALLEN pirates?

    And as part of this Role Play pirates (and police) can also hire mercs to assist them :D - yes IOC is a Freelancer/Merc clan, so this means we do take contracts (even from LP) if the pay is high enough.... 8)

    But ofcourse you won't hire IOC, since the SL specialise in merc work ^^

    Yep IOC as a merc for LP was a surprise but now we know ..


    I am just notifying that RIP_Inferno F1-ed out of trouble in his train to avoid being killed by me while running the blockade.

    If people are that desperate to save their cargo then they can have it.
