Cloaking Device Info???

Hi can someone please explain to me how one goes about getting a cloaking device?

do you need to collect parts?

i heard you need crystals to power it ?

can you get it in multiplayer?

any clues as to how many parts and perhaps which sysystems or missions do find the parts/ cloaking device? can you just buy it somewhere if so how much is it ?

The device can only be obtained in multiplayer.

Just one other thing, a cloaking device ain't cheap, it will cost 50 mil per part and you must have at least 100 mil on your character to activate it.

The crystals are needed to fuel it as well.
