the best and cheapest is The Black Eagle on Planet Blood in Custodian

the JG is just behind Rochester in the derbi field behind Manhattan in the NY system

you will have to trade comoditied in a freighter or fight and sell the pods of the enemy npc's you kill ( using the best fighter you can afford in the NY systems ) to prisons -two prisons are close by in texas- when you have made 1.5 to 2 million credits fly to Planet Blood in Custodian - buy and best equip the Black Eagle

if you choose trading you should learn how to make all of sirius neutral and trade your way to many millions

then get the best VHF

if you choose to go the Black Eagles way

use it to pod about another 4 million credits or so

once you have done one of the above

fly to the Dublin system in Brettonia, find the gate to Hyperion and make your way to Sol

that is the first system outside of Sirius for you to fly to - goto earth land and enter the Bar and talk to one of the Coalition reps there and pay the bribe - that will give you safe passage when you make it to Altair space

by the time you have done all this, you will probably by then have discovered the way to the Dimentinal Rift - the gateway to Altair
