There are two Coalition reps in the bar, both in blue uniforms. If neither will deal with you, it's because you're already hostile towards the coalition. Did you go to Altair or something before trying to get the bribe? In that case, I'm not sure if it'll be possible to get on thier good side (unless you make another char or someting). I've never had this problem before; it's sort of weird...

That's why i don't like bribes. They're recordists in ruining chars.

The Coalition seems to hate everyone (especially the IMG) so if you kill the IMG then do they begin to like you?

Weird, a couple of days ago Master X did have the same problem.
He never could get a coalition bribe from both barppl but i had no trouble to get 1.
With another char he had no problemo to, only with his main char.

Maybe there is something wrong with some char so they cannot get a coalition bribe. Are they other players with the same prob ?

you wont get the bribe if you opened fire on order ships

It depends how many Order ships you shoot surely because I destroyed an Order cruiser before I bought the bribe.

what effect does the Order have on the Coalition?
