    You can also do it like how Ajay was doing it before, clicking on the video icon on that bar full if icons above where you type your post, that looks like this and rolling over it says "Insert Video", then paste the link in middle, this being the easiest way to actually insert a video, 1 icon, 1 click and 1 link :D

    And the most complex thing is placing the video's "insertion code" in a post, as you have to get that code from the youtube video, looks like this:

    Then pasting it here, going at "Settings" (which is down, next to Smileys), ticking the box of "Enable HTML in this message", which once enabled will stay like that, where the problem is that in HTML the simple "Enter" keyboard button to change a line is not valid, it has to use a 2 letters code I know (and used in this same post to separate lines).

    Where the "Full screen" button works, and quality change, and such, which does not work on the "Insert Video" button.

    if God was one of us, he must have infinite patience and faith so that we keep existing here, else we'd be wiped out instantly. I guess those few who do it right give him more hope than the dissapointment in the rest, afterall, his son said how throwing/giving pearls to pigs, they will just push them away and bite your hand.
