I once again have made plans to revamp my chars (For my own reasons, that's why and that's reason enough), but I forgot about the 60 or 65 mil or thousand "Whatever it is" on your char that you can't deposit to your bank.
That's a chunk of money I would rather put towards a new build rather that just through to the wind, do I need to talk to some higher ups just to have the freedom to edit chars without deleting my hard earned cash? 
Or am I missing something here? 
Trade your creds with another member then let them pass back the creds, onto one of your chars

Well for someone who has a lot of creds, you give your creds to them, then they deposit it and send it to you via Transfer. It goes straight to your account
you have to have more 65m in your account
ex: you have 67m in account so you can put 2m to your bank, 65m is minimum

you can deposit moneys on clan base, but it need base administrator access.

If what you mean by a revamp....is that you want to change your characters names
It depends how many I guess but a clan leader or administrator could change your characters names if they agreed to do so....without you having to delete anything ore move your money all over the place.
Another alternative for you .... if you want to do it is to join a clan of your choice..... that will get all your characters renamed for you.
There can be wish to reach certain affiliation, which is not possible in some cases.
