  • Click the Prepare button, next to the Play button.
Then you can click "Edit Defensive Outpost" (Copy of your base and can be modified on Sullust, save on exit) and Request Troops button from team (recommended as it is additional troops).

In "Prepare" mode there's an "i" in upper left corner that explains how this works with 5 fans.
In top middle there is the Squad War statistics - how many attacks, uplinks left (hit the down arrow).
In the button there's our team and opponent team, which all can be scouted anytime (preparation).

    A bit about tactics:
High level players attacks high level opponent or your low level teammates will have to attack opponent high level players.
Outposts are at start level 5 - each time they are conquered they increase in level. There are 3 outposts: 1 will increase starfighters damage (good), 1 will increase vehicles damage (better) and last will increase infantry damage (best for Rebels).
Request Troops every time you can.
When the Squad War is ending and if we are winning, please use your Credits and Alloy or you can miss some of the winning bonus, which can be filling up your credits/alloy stores.

My base is high level now, so any upgrade is above 3 mill. credits/alloy - really hard now

Only dead fish swim with the stream.
Don't discuss with idiots. They only drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience there.

    This is ten percent luck,
    Twenty percent skill,
Fifteen percent concentrated power of will,
    Five percent pleasure,
    Fifty percent pain,
And a hundred percent reason to remember the name!

  • Well, then the Windows team won their first Squad War. Personally I got 3 mill. Credits and used it to upgrade Luke Skywalker to level 9 (12 days upgrade).
    Let's do it again :)

  • got one million credits
but i guess thats based on the player level

  • Uplinks equals stars, it works the same way. If you destroy base 100% = 3 stars/3 uplinks.

There are 5 player at each team,in a Squad War, so max. uplinks are 15 stars/uplinks per team.
Each player has 3 attacks and can max get 9 stars/uplinks. In theory 2 players is good enough to win.

And upgrading a shield for the last alloy winnings :)

  • Hint: While Squad War is in Prepare mode, you can scan opponent bases and see which unit has which level -> Prepare attack and which troops to use :)
Can be an advantage later when scanning isn't possible.

I will donate Twi'lek Incinerator (attached picture) as they can torch bikers and other infantry, from Squad Centers, in seconds.

  • I usually attack with the same mix of units. Not sure if its a mistake but so far it worked.

  • Yes, I do the same (look below).
In Squad War however, on the Sullust base (defence), the donated units are refilled (same donated units for free) after an attack.
Attack units have to be requested after each use.

I have noticed that Empire forces usually have Speeder Bike on their Squad Center and they can eliminate your forces (Hero and infantry) real quick. This is where the Twi'lek can be put in to the battle.

My attack force is usually like this (120 units available):
    Deployed in this way
1x Rebel Vanguard (remove mines for below units)
    2x Juggernaut (Shields)
    3x Hailfire (Turrets)
1x Luggabeast Mutineer (additional power to surrounding units +18% atm)
    5x Heavy Soldier
1/2x Medic Droid (for healing Heavy Soldiers)
1x Droideka Sentinel (extra firepower where needed)
1x Droideka Oppressor (extra firepower where needed)

1x Speeder Bike (various and very quick)
    1x Twi'lek (above mentioned)
    Hero: Luke (Turrets)
1/2x Medic Droid (for healing Luke/Hero)

2x X-Wing Starfighter (if needed to kill infantry surprise or building)
5x B-Wing Starfighter (very good for Turret clusters - deployed after shields are down )
