  • OP, in order to make the amount of happy players in crossfire high, i

advice you to REDUCE the costs of al most anthing! if you are checking the overall of a ship

such as the shroud, maybe 1.5 M MAX 2 M will do. that kind or reduce. if you will not or if

you will, i DO like to get a response and an explenation of why, and what are you going to

do about it. "mankind thnaks you once again for your time, and effort" (oh, don't forget

    the listening! :D:)) ).

    I've been here since Crossfire 1.5 - 2005.
    Good times.
Maybe it's time to come back?

  • have you ever

heard of trading ? I made enough money to buy a mk3 in one day starting with a starflier

  • yes... but for god sake this prices are

    anyhing BUT reasonble prices!

    I've been here since Crossfire 1.5 - 2005.
    Good times.
Maybe it's time to come back?

  • are you kidding? ifn you

do the right things, you can get peretty much anything in a matter of days. none of this

stuff is expensive, except for the battle ships.

  • yeah and i'm the qeen of

england damint even the XTS protues BS is less then 2 M!

  • You will also notice that the guns for the BS cost as much as the ship it self. So in

total to get a fully equipped BS will cost 110-140 mil depending on what you get.

  • still, thats like petty cash to most of us freelancers. if you cant make that much

    quick, thats fairly pathetic

    Fallen Angel

  • ship-prices are absolutely ok...

Look at their relation to all

the goods to trade... the vip-run makes you pretty rich, prisoners, engine-components...

buy a kusarian freighter and trade vips... nearly 1 million credits for one run... So

ten runs make you able to buy a good fighter....
What do you expect ? 2 million credits

for a ship, 1 million for awsome weps and the rest of the money is for the house, the

garden, a car, to get a sexy girl and the holidays at hawaii ?

    ship-prices are

    absolutely ok...

easy gaming isn´t what the mass of ppl is looking for...

  • i know that the more the game hard the better, but i'm talking about

a fair price that in been depended about the overall of the ship

    I've been here since Crossfire 1.5 - 2005.
    Good times.
Maybe it's time to come back?

  • There is a school of thought that says players are

happiest and most incontentant [er content] while making their first 10-20

    mil....

That desire to get the coolest ship, the neat-o-iest weapons.. the shiny

bell&whistle thingie that is the focus of their desire atm.

Once u get get the best

of everything, then for many ppl who dont really like or understand the multi-player PVP or

"chat-room-in-space" aspect of it.... this game loses alot of it's appeal, cause you've

"won". Time to move on to desire the next set of crap in the next game. So making things

cheap and easy to get just speeds up that process, and ppl will then feel "cheated" cause

they only spent 3 days "beating" it not 2 weeks.

On the other hand,. i hate making

the first 1-2 mil, its a waste of time for me. But once i can afford an Eagle with decent

weps... then things start to rock again.

  • the prices are prefectly fine. i made 8 million east in about 2

hours. as long as you know the right trade routes, you should be fine.

  • it's all George Bush's fault, the prices of everything

use to be so low, you could buy bats and bots for 2 credits per unit, the Phoenix Project

labs used to have very large grants at their disposal, making their new weapon system not

much more expensive than any other high class weapon, you could even buy an Eagle at Planet

Blood with the hull skin still on...

...then this asshole comes along and fucks it

    all up.

  • :D lol

  • well and now my comment

    (finally)

welcome to crossfire and welcome to the world of skill
    if they are too

hard then ur too weak... and i see it exactly the same way concerning the money

Don't discuss with idiots. They only drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience there.
