The server is up, but the character I've been using last, prior to downtime (Ajay's_Secondary2) is lost. Shall I create it again or you will be able to return it?
(I won't mind if you won't be able to do it. Secondary2 was flakked up on many levels)
No sever found

the char is still there and i cant see anything unusual there
it should work -
Even more strange stuff.
It is back. But it is just hanging in Sigma 17 with permacloak, then "You will be kicked. Reason: Contact Admin".
Sorry if I'm disturbing you, but I just want to know, is it normal?EDIT:
Nevermind, character is functioning normally now. -
I really had to smile when reading all comments about how this issue casts a negative light on the provider and that the employee should face consequences...
I think it's very possible, that the provider as well as the employee did their job perfectly well, as no provider will make a contract with you saying sth like "guaranteed re-up after failure within minutes". The shorter the guaranteed time (if there is any granted for the given contract, btw) for a re-up after failures, the more you will have to pay.Of course it isn't nice when a server isn't up when you want to use it, but never judge about companies w/o knowing the conditions they have to fulfill...
Cheerio
Moorhuhn -
I do these contracts for business and what is asked for is unpayable.
You simply cannot just buy/rent a server on ebay (it is cheap) and expect 100% uptime 24/7. That produkt does not exist.
Given the current uptime i would say this service is worth about 200-300euro a month. I dont think we, the community, could afford that price.
I also checked the company, and i would use them anytime for business.
But this is ofc only my opinion. -

the company i work for works for 365 days in a year, if i have holidays someone else will take the work in that time so that is no excuse.
