where is ragnarok?

The ragnarok is a SP & admin only ship, and cannot be flown by

normal pilots. The base is not accessable for non SP & admin users, sorry.

this is like the sixth thread about it. Dude read the credits lol. Everything about the

mod is explained in there.

for those of us who would like to know where it is in SP that would be great.

but let me tell you this:
THE RAGANAROK SUCKS....least in

Crossfire....it is just as good as any other ship out here.

....not exactly true, Baldy. It's got double-shields and a very potent rail gun,

and 350 thrust speed with little drain. It goes to cruise in 1 second. So its great for its

designated task... Killing cheaters and scoff-laws.

But ur right in one aspect in

normal pvp it is not agile enough to mix it up with 'Blades or Shrouds.

Unfortunatly unless u edit a savegame or take a savegame from CF1.4 with Rag ship

already, u just cant use it in 1.5x single player (cause u cant access the base where it's

sold).

I know a guy who managed to dock on that base!!! He didn't take anything from there

but he managed to dock. Maybe a bug or something?

Did he dock there in Single Player or MP? v1.51 or v1.52 ?

doubtful that some1 was able to dock there without cheat

what do you mean OP? can you tell me a mod that i can use it to

dock there at SP? please? i really want to see what is in there!

when it comes to CF.... OP did that on purpose to foil the spoilers, lol. The only ppl who

know what's on that base are those who have visited it.

not many ever had the chance to have a look at this base...

and there is

no mod which would allow you access

some programming and scripting will

allow you to dock there but this mod is full copyrighted in a way that is only allow to run

mp in the original cf server. Datastorm doesnt show the maps for altair sector but it does

show, ALMOST, the whole maps for cf (sirius) sector. Some especulation how he hide the

altair system might be that OP overlaped the altair sector by the sol system (like using a

2D map for a 3D layout). DataStorm, also shows the shipS in the admin base (at least for

the 1.5 version) However, it doesnt show the whole equipment there. Datastorm shows almost

everything in the sirius sector, including ships, equip, commo, bases, and so on. However, I

would NOT recommend to use DataStorm because IT WILL SPOIL YOUR GAME. As for myself, I use

DS only after I have finished the SP version and explore as much I could of any mod I

play.So, this help me to check if I missed something. However, it was very nice to find the

RIFT to ALtair and explored myself. It would be great in the future if we could land there

and interact with the coalition faction.

To fly the rag, there is a way but you

should do it only for a SP. It is very impressive and the best cf ship even though doesnt

have the agility of some cf ship because the rag is kind of bigger than the usual heavy

fighter. I guess OP did that to maintain balance.

CF 1.52 and the openSP for CF are

the best mod I have played so far in SP and MP version. There is only one thing I find it

kind of difficult (maybe because Im a trader and explorer and NOT a PVP player) is the

missions against NPC. I took one mission to get rid of some ships at X-3043 and their

nanobots and shield batteries keep regen their armors/shields like hell and it seem endless.

it was almost impossible to accomplish the mission. I have to dive bomb and nuke them (old

jumpgate strategy) and I barely survive.

heres how to make this easier:

get a whole bunch of

money.
buy a Shroud.
Buy 2 Sunslayer Torpedo Luanchers ( at this point, regular

missles are useless in terms of power)
buy some good mines
get a top of the line

sheild
get 2 Sunblast Bs (i think), 2 Nomad Energy Cannons, and 2 DIMAONBACK MK

IIs.
power gen MK V.
