Ok people here's the situation:
5 Dom'Kavash motherships just went AWOL in the Hyperspace and may turned against their masters and may be hostile.
Dom'Kavash council of defence contacted SOC-HQ for investigative help. As it is not actually the kind of thing SOC stands for, but Dom'Kavash are allegiance to the human race SOC will start to build up a battlegroup for this mission.
Mission-assignment says that the battlegroup, led by the Commander of the Battleship Project L20εα of the 99th Skulls needs to head deep into alienspace to take action in the stated request, if needed with lethal force.
Currently SOC is low on available combat troops, thus the help of other well-trained combat troops (battleships preferred) may be necessarily to achieve the mission.
Briefing will be enroute.

SOC-Intelligence just got information from (IOC)-tagged-pilot "Wanderer" that there are more corrupted Dom'Kavash ships which went AWOL through the Hyperspace. Obviously Hyperspace -interferences influences the Dom'Kavash-characters' minds lately and seperate them from the remaining race. Longrange-IFF-scans made by the GTVI confirms this and it is highly advised not to trust the behaviour of Dom'Kavash sighted in Altair-systems.
Now things get serious, gentlemen: A hostile incursion is right away and now it's a part for SOC as the human race is endangered by ferocious Dom'Kavash.
The 99th Battlegroup needs to get formed ASAP to intercept hostile targets. This interstellar mission to save humankind will make a draft on time, so everybody who volunteers should plan this in.

ok guys, i came up with this idea and you tell me what you think about it pls. maybe we can give this event a try. i think DK motherships are badass and not easy to kill, so it may be a tough battle, also it takes place in HYPERSPACE whoopwhoop^^
also SOC(me) needs SA's permission to enter O3 and the hypergate to IC. Pls give me feedback.

hello ppl and thx for the feedback so far.
yes it is possible to go to Hyperspace by Altair, but i thought the journey through IC and the DK-territory would also be kinda nice and dangerous ofc.
also you can farm some crystalls on the way and keep them if you stay alive during the mission ofc so i think travelling this way with a full cargohold of energy-crystalls is worth the flight
but this can be discussed when or if the event takes place.

2) DKs BSs in hyper are stacionary targets and they return fire only if
engaged ... this mean they not cooperate and is possible take them down
one by one 'easily' .... for one VHF it need alot time due stroong
shield and huge hull ... but is doable.

3) killing those BS not damage DK rep and also normal DK ships ignore when are BSs attacked

the mission is set on the week after the SA's resupply mission, friday or saturday is not yet clarified and the timeset is for around 20gmt+- ...
further information and details will come up when all has been clarified

every volunteer is accepted. meeting point is at Secret GMG Research Facility in Omega-3. SA-command already gave me clearance to use their operationcenter as our missiongathering. I'll meet all volunteers there. Be punctual.

ok obviously the mission date will be for saturday, 11/08/3012 - so i hope there will be more participation online than the poll shows me. only 3 user have voted yet, i just hope that more players will come to O3 to get the mission done.
make sure you have at least neutral standing reputation with DK, i will not make a rep-run to Dervon -system. i want to start the mission punctual, so pls be there in O3 at given time,
