Game crashes when using F1 menu

Hi folks,

Today I had a really terrible issue while playing - every time when I tried to select an option from the F1 menu my game was crashing to the desktop. I tried running it a few different times, exiting to CF main menu but I always ended up with a desktop crash. Do you have any ideas what might be causing this? Should I re-install FL and CF?

I could take screen shot of my Performance tab when I get back at home, but the problem isn't because of that - I've changed my graphic settings long ago and the problem occurred last night. I was in NT, docked on pl. New Tokyo and I was simply doing char switching because I had some equipment on my BS that I wanted to transfer to my fighter. The game crashed like 6-7 times and then suddenly it just started working fine, until the desktop crash while I was just flying around <- and this is something that I'm getting used to.

The F1 crash happens when I'm docked, you well know that I can't used it in space However, the random crashes while flying are happening while I'm basically doing nothing, just flying around, watching a fight or trading.
