Can't connect to server

Everyone is having the same issue. The server must be down/maintenance. Try again in a hour.

Technically the server is up and running. (if it would be down, you wouldn't even see it in the server list)
It somehow just refuses/blocks connections from any client.
But they are already working on solving that problem.

Is this coz of the hook?

we actually dont know anything
the server is running but refuses connections
we dont have the slightest idea why nor how to fix it

It was about 3 am GMT when server get red lag.
it didnt kick anyone but didnt crash. I log off, restart CF and then refuse to let anyone log in.
we were 7-10 players online at that time

well yeah... we dont have any logs about it

what do you meam "WE",how much people are there in your team?

there are just 2 ppl which can work on this problem
