    Rules:[list]
    [*]Duels will take place every weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), or if someone can't Saturdays and Sundays we can agree for another day.
    [*]To gain a position in the Blacklist, you need to challenge your next rival (one rank higher than you) and beat him/her.
    [*]Only one challenge can be made per week per participant.
    [*]The challenged rival (the higher ranking) decides about the terms of the fight (rounds, location, weapons,etc...). Terms must be agreed (screenshot or EM witness) prior to the fight.
    [*]You need to organize challenges by yourself. Set up a rendez-vous with your rival to the best of your availability.
    [*]A day prior to a duel, you need to contact EM_Dino or The_Cro_Legend and warn them you need a referee for your battle.
    [*]If you failed to defend your position against a challenger (RL, absence, computer crash), you forfeit and drop a place (no matter what the reason might be. If it's a good reason for being away then perhaps it was really more important than a rank in a game and you don't have to complain).
    [*]Only unlawfuls can be in the blacklist (pirates, some mercenaries). Police officers have suggested the starting list with their personnal experience with law breakers.
    [*]No bats/bots allowed during the duels. You fight clean, WITHOUT CHEATING
    [*]The MOST WANTED (#1) has no one else to challenge, he only has to defend his position against #2.
    [*]The #15 can be challenged by ANYONE outside the blacklist for entry in the MOST WANTED gameplay. The #15 can accept only one challenge each week so make your intentions clear if you want a chance to fight for the blacklist. The #15 has the right to choose his challenger amongst everyone who wants to battle him/her.
    [*]In the eventuality of players leaving the Blacklist (quitting CF or just tired of the MOST WANTED gameplay), replacements will be suggested by various Police Officers. Make yourself a very bad rep if you wish to attract the attention of the cops and be nominated to replace a blacklisted criminal ! (Final decision belongs to The_Cro_Legend)
    [*]The duels must be done with Very Heavy Fighters!!!

    it's one challenge per week (1 occasion) but the defender may decide if it's a single fight to death or the best X out of Y rounds... but this detail need to be agreed first by both fighters. (don't change terms once they are agreed)

    DW - as Cro already said in rules. If you challenge Picard, then he can choose type of ship, system, how much pvps, everything..

    The shiptype, you mean i have to go and buy a Valkyrie, Hawk or something like that if he says hf - well thats realy interesting :D

    exactly. if he wanna HF, you need to get a HF.. if he wanna BS, you need tu use BS too.. it's just for making sure that some noob wont jump in with BS, kill all ppl who use HF/VHF and be #1 on Blacklist without any skills.

    i believe is mispoke when i submitted the last line to Cro : it was meant to be "only VHF vs VHF" and not only matching ship types (BS vs BS, HF vs HF, etc...).


    And the defender decides the terms of the battle (location, guns only/full weps, single duel, best X out of Y rounds, etc...) not his challenger's equipment/ship ! You can go with the ship you believe is best suited for the fight. The defender cannot order you to use a Starflier against his Lagg, that's totally ludicrous....

    This is going to turn down into a Starflier Death Match at this rate!

    Allowing only for VHF has a main purpose : Everyone has a fully equipped VHF so nobody would require to buy HF or LF ships with poor equipment. That will also eliminate any preparation time. You want to fight : you jump in your regular ship and shoot. Simple, efficient, quick and fair.


    But it's Cro's decision in the end.... i'm just suggesting an easily manageable solution.

    please turn off the complicators.
    simple VHF vs VHF. whats the fun of doing a duel with a Bs vs Bs? or a DS vs DS?
    why not make duels in a best of 5? the player that win 3 fights win the duel. Why create so much complications?
    dont tell me i have to have a VHF a HF a LF a DS a BS a VHF only with guns etc etc... to make a duel... please 8).
