Maverick : since RL is more important, one should not be affected by his defeat and exclusion from the list
Dino : we cannot really make it a regular time event out of it (blacklisted players need to a week to organize 1 duel to their convenance). EM could oversee this tho. And playing this in regular RP instead of arena would help the server RP much !
ok i propose one more rule :
- Duels must take place during regular RP interaction (not arena, not NY). It should be one on one but its the responsability of the contenders to lay low for their duel (there are many nebulas or places away from the TLs where you can do battle). NPCs are part of the game.
@Cro : For the starting list, we can take 15 last top gun winners and patch with second finishers if we don't fill up the 15 places. most recent Tp Gun is the Most Wanted...

how about this?
event with best pvpers.. they fight all vs all and you will see who is best. who first dies is 15, second 14 etc.. and winner is most wanted. and after that, you can challenge him( if you are 15. you can challenge ONLY 14) and if you win, you switch places... you take his place and he goes down.And each player can challenge other once per week.

i can take this proposal to the Leaders board and we can give names of the 15 best PvPers we know and then randomize the list... after 2 or 3 weeks it will become a real display of the best fighters out there. (can do the same with the Police Alliance board if you let the cops decide which pest (pirae or merc) is the greatest threat)
Daywalker : not having rules with this will lead to 2 possibilities :
nobody will care from the start because it doesnt seem prepared
OR
ppl will start saying they are the best and invent their own list to please themselves, they will either flame or get bored... -
here will be only pirates and mercs coz only we are doing illegal things
