well you may ask OP the details for a swat ladder.Imo is the best option
I know how clanbase works since i played there for a few years in Unreal tournament . All players start from 0 and after a few batles the ranking system will start working.
Did he officially leave LP?
Sphinx - as i know, no.. i saw him sw from LP to blkops char.. Marauder was in game and after he asked shock if he is leaving, blkopssss told him that he isnt {LP}Shock-Force ( fail 
).. and fyi, blkopssss first appeared 1-2 weeks ago.. So, he was breaking rules( joining multi clans, if blkops isnt clan, then having untagged chars) for some time.
