    First off all , congrats this version 1.82 is awesome !


    and sorry for my "bad english" . However , we players from latin america ( Brazil in my case ) , we are in agony ! cause our ping ( no matter type of conn ) are allways tooo hight ( distance lag ) ...


    I was a 1.7 player , and i really whant to be a daily player again , but from here in this server , is impossible ....


    So, here in brazil i own a company , and i have a hosting , what do you thing about create a server fro latin american players ? i can put it behing 1GB link and send a free machine to host that , and send admin acess just to you ...


    can we talk about that ?

    Hi Asgard and welcome back m8. Good to see you. In 1.7 did you have the same lag issues? My ping since 1.8 has gone up too, so I am wondering if its only me.

    M8 the ping here is +- 240 , whit a huge pack loss ,.... but that is caused by the distance from the server .. provedors ,....


    cause that im whilling to send a free senver and link to create a latin american server ;) all managed by swat .... etc

    Two different providers and two different results in ping for me (i tried this many times in last few months).Unfortunately i am not in a position to change ISP names in any test,in order to gain better comparison and accuracy.
    OP did u changed ur provider recently?
    Server Hardware is maybe the same, but provider maybe not.
    My connection is worse than in 1.7, that's for sure, and since then i've "upgraded" my inet ;).
