    Yes, somehow Igot confused and said/thought it was 1.7 GB big compressed... but it's 1.33 good ^^
    So, installed it seems to be 4 GB big lol

    Download complete and after decompressing/"installing" it into an empty folder the data files look fine (('[11]')AWSOME STUFF('[11]')).


    And since the included CFguide is still the same I take it the installation`s like "the same procedure like every year, James !".

    I just finished downloading and it says that its 1.06 GB. Everyone else is saying 1.3 GB, so I don't know if this means the DL failed or...?


    I have Vista with NTFS if any of that changes file size.

    It failed... mine also failed at 566MB -_-

    no man, this place downloads faster, and better. Just that... it's geting upgraded sometimes or something... that makes it stuck and you have to retry.



    Me, thosei n the screenshot, DC Crysis and DC Ancalagon were the first to be on the server ^^
    The screenie is made at my second or thrid time I get into the server... at the beggining I had some things to fix to make the game work proper, and at my second time, there already were 7 players online ^^

    It's pretty bad if you have a download limit... but this afternoon you can try again and I think it works better. :)


    Hint for all people... use the Alternate FL and CF story as intro videos... they'll rock you ^^
    And ifyou liked the HUD I had... ( that fits great with the space and mod) choose red/blue, and pink is also cool, even it's for girls heh.

    Well, it may download faster NOW, but more sites or download "seeds" if you will, are always more effective at wide-spread file distribution, especially one of this size. The more people who are downloading off the SWAT server, the slower everyone's d/l rate will become, this is a matter of bandwidth, of which I'm sure the SWAT server has a good deal of though. But I'm always for the more, the merrier when it comes to file hosting, mirrors are a god-send, especially if you're not in Europe, of which I assume this is where that server is based.(and I'm in the US :tongue: )


    I'll give it a shot this afternoon and see if I can finally get the file downloaded. :]
