    I ban Mike because I never even checked my banking card the ISU uses to send it, 'cos I am still "supplied" by parents and I have rather low requests aside internet connection and essentials(which are provided by them and they don't mind). My dad even asks if I am planning of asking any girl out to cinema or cafe... because he doesn't notice that I am a freak no one would hang out with, and don't get me started on my personality.
    AFAIK Irkutsk State Univerity usual stipend is kinda 2-3.5 thousands. For comparsion, my old TFT e-book (that I still use as a mp3 player and used to watch ponies) cost me around that, and 1TB internal SATA HDD can fit into this amount.

    ANybIS, however, (he's from there) is actually on the side of letting Europe mind their business on their own. I can see where it's going as Ukraine is very close to Russia not only geographically.
    And that color bar appears to have peak on the european part of RF, as the deeper into Siberia/Far East, the calmer and better things are (that's the reason I will doubtfully get out of Irkutsk, because it's a calm, but well-developed town, far enough to safely watch over any political shitstorm). Also, China and Japan are located there too...

    Anyway, Ukraine is also trying to steal part from Romania atm, prolly before running away to big (russian) daddy ? That while Romania's getting the second anti-missile coverage system functional by next year. lolol, what sort of dirty scum tricks are you guys doing :/

    People in Europe are big whinners for, like, if they get 3% more TVA/tax rate, but they don't die on the streets like in such "calmer and better" places, which is prolly because it's -37ºC there right now :D (last temperature number I got from somebody who lives there). They better die of hunger than dieing of cold or getting shot, and they are anyway too far to have a hope of some change.

    I ban Mike because if honestly, authority change in Russia? Worked only twice: 1917 and 1991. Guess how they went (It's also the reason they worked at all).
    And LOL, when I said about "calmer and better", I meant some of the towns in Siberia and Far East which are certainly not Ukraine, which is located on the other side of the Urals.
    Now let me get comfy on my chair and tell about one of them. It's located on the south of E.S. so conditions are rather tolerable (Yes, it hits -30 - -40 ºC sometimes. Yes, winter can last for 5 months. Yes, totally tolerable), close to the shores of the deepest lake ever. Given that it is close to the borders of friendly Mongolia, political situation is very calm. Yes, lots of druggies and stuff, point me any place that doesn't have 'em.
    It's also may be a rather strange place for you. Together with being one of scientific centers (Institute of Solar-Earth Physics, Institute of Theoretical physics, etc) the district also covers barely inhabited taiga where Mother Nature is still in full control and where humans live together with it. It's a common sight for Siberia though.

    I ban Ajay cus the valve being open is counter productive for daddy's country, giving away actual resources in exchange of numbers on internet under the name of a "bank" (because that's how transfers go, nobody goes with a box of paper money or gold or such :P ), which will cease to matter when their (russian) rail-based missiles/low class nukes or some other insiduous plan like related to Ukraine gets to cause a real conflict. The best coins could get to be, bullets like in Metro ? :P
    That's also why there are good relations with certain arabic countries that are "manipulable", and got more than enough resources ^^ Meanwhile, take out from such valve while it lasts :D


    BTW could you compare, from your own reliable sources, such "color bar" you mentioned before with a population ammount color map/bar ? Because I find certain similarity with that, and I guess, it's obvious less people search such topics in areas where there are less living people ? Especially less economy/PCs/internet :P The guy in Siberia had a party with everyone who had internet in his town, all in his room. I doubt that his room is palace-size.
