Well when last I checked....the latest and newest release date is for August as stated in the newsletter if you folks took the 5 minutes to read through it

Yup, many of you don't deserve to see 1.8. Personally, I think Op needs to NOT release 1.8 and start modding something else.

You have stopped being fair to each other... you have stopped to solve problems... you are only interested in yourself instead the community and you forgot that the failure of others is also your failure.
You stopped to talk... talk with each other... talk with me... maybe I even stopped to talk with you. It bothers me that there are ppl in this community which think that they have done everything right and the others did the mistakes. It bothers me that even now ppl blame others. It bothers me that you show such a disrespect to each other. It bothers me to see ppl which have a big mouth talking about supporting the community and such a shit while they did run away from responsibility long time ago already.

I gave you the chance to prove that you are able to act like adults. But i was wrong thinking that you care for more than your personal interest. You proved that.
To be fair I need to say that a handful members of this community showed a better behaviour but being outnumbered by those which are only interested in troubles and personal goals which are contrary to the interests of this community the very few good members had no chance.

Most of you consider yourself adult... but everyone of you should look at the shit that you have done ... just to realize that you are nothing but egoistic kids trying to gather control over every available toy.

Lies, insults, cheats, claims, accusations... personal attacks, over reacting.
It is hard to find someone who is not guilty.

And then there are ppl with their smartass comments making the situation even worse.

I dont need ppl in my community which prefere to do damage. I dont need ppl in my community which chase others because of personal feelings. I dont need ppl in my community which demoralize the other members.
If you want to believe in your lies then believe in them somewhere else.
If you want to deny the freedom to play the game to other players then leave freelancer and never come back.

I haven't been here that long and i ain't by any means perfect but, perhaps it's time that we put any differences behind us and start afresh with each other. I have never known a better or worse gaming community and I am never sure whether to laugh or cry. I want to give something to this server and all who play on it, why? cos this server has given me that break i need from real life a place i don't have to put up with customers calling me all the names under the sun cos i can't refund them their money. I don't like seeing that on here.

Hey OP don't tare away all your work just cause some guys were doing shit. Don't let it get to you people change *even if it's less times than I change my socks ^^* and that's what's gotta keep you going.
What keeps me going is the wonderful work you've created and the people who appreciated it. When the minority that screwes up too much becomes the majority you should take the matter in to your own hands (That's what I would do if I were you).
Have more faith in humanity... after all if we break it down to basics we're all the same things: Humans.
Don't bow down to the guys who have forsaken trust, honor, respect kidness, honesty and most importantly the people who have forsaken the fun that this game brings. Think about the people who actually abide by those principles. Don't turn your back on us too.
I, and so many more have faith in you and I know that you won't let us high and dry.

sigh....Well if OP really does take away CF then I wont be surprised.
I've seen this many times before in other communities, tried to solve em but I ended up making things worse and the community then dies after which people only realize what they've done and then its too late for them to rectify their mistakes.

I don't know the problems and nonsense some people do to this community (other than what is murmured around by the people in this community and posts on forum) but what I do know is that by now OP is so fed up with all of it that nothing that we say or ask will make him think twice once he decides to close production on CF 1.8.....I mean, all it takes is the push of a button and then its gone, forever!

And the only reason OP is still (dont know for sure) working on it is becuase he is trying he's best to keep the community alive, yet we get our smarta$$es and all our hackers and shit....I say ban em as stated in the rules and keep the community live. We don't need Lions between our cattle's.

And to those that keeps asking OP to when CF 1.8 is going to be released as there is a release date, not that I have anything against all of you but.....what exactly have you given in your spare time to the community to actually deserve the right to expect OP to it release CF 1.8 asap? OP rules, I say release it when its done...take your time OP .... You only have 1 life and I'll be damned if I see it wasted just like all the other community leaders.
