Server down?

    I've been trying to log in to the game since 9:30pm... it's now 11hours later and I still can't get in. Is the sever doown or is it just me?

    the server does not respond to the remote tool.
    Op knows about it and contacted the service to get it fixed...

    once again it seems to be a hardware error and i already voiced my displease/pure anger towards 2 employees at the hosts service center
    its always surprising how long the silence on the other side of the line does last once i did express my feelings and thoughts about the fucked up situation
    like i already said to haegar, alaska is going to be the place where i will kick their asses if they wont come up with an acceptable solution very soon

    i am just wondering that this is also possible with the german service society :D (expect you using a german server^^)


    BTW is there anything about operational availability in the contract (sometimes provider swagger about this would be about 99%) - if they have such phrase within the contract you can put a bit more pressure on them ;D

    Please dont take this as a complaint. It would be great if people from the Americas can have a better connection. Many people from this side of the pond would like to play CF.


    Tracert has always shown good ping until it reaches Germany. I would be happy to show tracert if it would be helpful.
