wow, OP. that sure was long & detailed
when installing FL, select INSTALL instead of EXPRESS INSTALL. Then just select a directory on ur Drive D:

if i do so in drive D it always crash. only in drive C its work fine

2 rules:
1. OP is always right
2. if that is not the case then rule 1 is going to be activeive installed FL on drive D and E on my hdd and its working without problem
the path is stored in registry so there is no reason why it shouldnt work -
x-ray, i think ur hdd is broken

its my old second PC witch is in network with the new. but the disc is maybe to full? or can i start freelancer per network from the other PC?
