    in the past weeks i didnt have much time to work on CF1.8 due to obvious reasons
    but i think i can start working on it at the end of this week again



    in the past there was always a bit chaos when it came to beta testing of new CF versions since ppl couldnt resist to bother me and started begging "can i have it... please... where can i download it...gimme gimme gimme..."


    to prevent that shit when i am busy with fixing the last bugs i decide to give away 12 beta accounts
    10 for multiplayer/openSP
    2 for singleplayer storyline


    how will it work?
    in the next weeks before i release CF1.8 i will place beta account numbers on the CF1.7 server
    those numbers can be found in different areas of the server, basically you have to scan objects to find them
    they can be in stations, planets, wrecks ... basically in every solar object on the server
    of course only one number at once is displayed on the server
    as soon somebody send me a screenshot showing that number he is qualified for CF1.8 beta testing (the beta account may be transfered to other players if really needed)
    when i get that screenshot the next account number will be placed into CF1.7


    for those which think they are clever:
    it is not possible to examine the number out of the FL code or dll files... that simply would take longer than searching for it on the server

    if this would do then OP could have simply made an auction out of it and sell the beta tester places to ppl with highest offer...


    in this case u remind me of the ppl standing in front of a sold out football arena and selling tickets for highest offer :(

    i love your i dee but have a question can it be in every little part of the univers like trade lanes or suns


    or is it in dockable places or wrecks,planets,and other rubbisch that have an info card
    so mayby a litle more info

    It would be nice if you would post the winners as they identify themselves to you OP, so we cut down on the # of screens you have to wade through? I expect you will get a number of duplicates... ;)
