FWIW, I've seen "repair guns/turrets" in other mods. They can repair only so much hull in so many seconds per shot, a repair ship with a bunch of repair guns/turrets with a buttload of bots and bats would be a great boon to Inner Core missions, IF the repair buoys were not currently available, particularly to capital ships as part of logistical support. They could also double as ammo carriers... A mobile repair/refit/ammo base, so to speak.
Anyway, I think they are a neat idea... However, they are brutally limited in abilities and usefulness save certain situations, kinda like bombers and capship killer VHFs currently. A brave and enterprising individual could make a good business selling their services in the Inner Core running a mobile repair/ammo base with one though I would think.

Yikes!
I had this happen to me up here at work not too long ago! The power going *POOF* all of a sudden on my computer and the smell of ozone freaked me out pretty good for a few seconds!
I immediately knew it was the power source when I couldn't power the PC back up at that point... I took it to the IT guy here and it took about a couple of hours for him to round up a power source to get me back up and running!
Freak thing man...
Glad it was nothing serious and you're back up and running OP.

Don't confuse Michael with too much logic Crysis.
Logic is not welcomed here...

Actually they once were...
They were formally called "Yars" and their home solar system is their namesake, The Razak Solar system, of which they populated several planets fighting against another alien threat that destroyed one of their home planets known as "The Qotile". I submit exhibit A:

GIGGITY!!! Awesome trailer!
Too bad I'm not much for monthly fee MMORPGs anymore... *sigh* Guess I'll stick to Freeworlds and the Jedi Knight/Academy stuffs...

Haha!
This reminds me of the "Peris Station Anomaly" in the Vega system I discovered and flagged back in 1.7 several years ago, it was almost the same exact thing.
There was apparently a part of Peris Station orbiting planet Corinth I believe, when I would click on it it would point back to Peris Station near the alien gate to X-3043 some 80k-100k away. It's since been fixed when 1.8 was released.
Anyway, good work Faaby! I know you, Forlon and some other SA personnel have been working hard mapping systems and gathering info, I know you guys are happy to finally seeing the end of the tunnel and are almost finished.

Yea that's rather disappointing Grand, not the good kind of publicity for a cop clan bro, especially being the clan leader.
Oh well, maybe next time you'll be a bit more subtle in the future or better yet, stop BMG smuggling altogether.
Besides, if the SA can do it, I'm sure you can pull it off too, live and learn I guess...

Some of the older "Toonami" stuff Cartoon Network used to play late on Saturday nights was really good and some of it I really miss... Same with earlier Adult Swin programming...
Don't really have a favorite one show, but these really stood out to me that I've seen over the years:
Ghost In the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (much love for Major Mokoto!)
Trigun (really trippy at times but equally comical too)
Cowboy Bebop (great anime, very adult too haha)
Outlaw Star (REALLY kickass! Reminds me of Cowboy Bebop sometimes...)
Naruto (great ninja stuffs)
Tenchi Muyo!
Dragonball Z (classic!)
Dragonball GT
Gundam Wing (probably my favorite of all the Gundams!)
Mobile Fighter G Gundam
Mobile Suit Gundam
.hack//SIGN (almost a literal documentary of most online RPGs!!! LOL)
MAR (really out there sometimes but still funny!)
Rave Master (haven't got to see alot of it, but enjoyable)
Macross/Robotech (CLASSSSSIC!!! Love it!)
Macross Plus (used to have this movie, really great!)
Neon Genesis Evangelion (Sadly I have not gotten to catch much of this! It's pretty good though what little I have caught! Reminds me of Robotech!)
Bleach (still running on Adult Swim thankfully, probably the best one running on there right now)
InuYasha (love the slapstick, sappy and campy humor of it!)
Wolf's Rain (VERY unique and somewhat deep, taken from the perspective of wolves! Pretty short series but still great)
Samurai Shamploo (I definitely enjoyed this, high marks here)
Fullmetal Alchemist (nuff said, good stuff, still running episodes thankfully)
Witch Hunter Robin (have not got to see enough of this, pretty dark drama stuff and is most interesting!)
Eureka 7 (some great mecha stuff, right up there with the Gundams IMHO)
The Dirty Pair (absolutely hilarious, very adult themes but really good stuff, seen this from friends VHS tapes back in the day haha)
Akira (CLASSIC! A must for any discriminate anime fan) -
Diplomacy is the art of saying, "Nice doggie" while picking up a rock.
Haha, Will Rogers. Good quote.
However OP, all things being equal I'd rather had stones thrown at me than a nuke. Dealing with fallout over this Wikileaks thing through diplomatic channels is one thing, dealing with nuclear fallout is a whole new matter altogether.

Pls pls pls pls pls
Arkane... give me just one try to guess in which country u live!
What has that got to do with anything here Diablo? This isn't just about the US my good man, this concerns the entire political spectrum of the planet and it's ramifications of said data opening up a proverbial can of worms that we very likely could all end up eating!
I'm well aware of the great likelihood of other country's dirty laundry of their past clandestine actions or internal communications as well that doesn't need any airing out by Mr. Assange. So also understand that no country on the face of this planet is innocent of such subversion, deception and crookedness folks. Nearly every nation does it, no thanks on the part of Mr. Assange, it's just the US got caught red handed.
I'll repeat this again for emphasis folks in the hopes you fully understand and absorb what I'm saying:
Learning the truth is important without a doubt, but without diplomacy and some tact in how to go about it, you could cause more harm than good in the long term.

NICE looking Liberty carrier!
But sadly as Arrow stated, there's no pilot-able capital ships like that, although there are NPC carrier type ships, like the Nomad Strike Carrier for example.
Don't see how they would be useful anyway, as OP has no modifications in the CF mod for docking on player capital ships!

The Crossfire server does not use Punkbuster for cheat detection.
Peerblock eh? Well, to be honest, it's only going to eat up system resources while in-game and you especially won't be able to monitor it very effectively if you're playing FL/CF in fullscreen.
If you've got a good software or hardware firewall, just leave that on and don't worry about Peerblock IMHO. Peerblock only seems useful I'd imagine if you're actually experiencing DoS attacks, trojan backdoors or other hacker entry attempts of which at that point, you've got bigger, more serious problems to deal with if someone's trying to hack your computer anyway.

Mr. Assange is a known former hacker and at best with his efforts with Wikileaks, is he is now effectively a international criminal for releasing sensitive US government information, PERIOD. The U.S. government is going to see that the man is put behind bars and if the Australian government cooperates, his days as a free man are numbered.(which incidentally might actually keep him alive longer... as I'm sure there are numerous hit men looking for him now) Granted some might say the US government had it coming to them, of that I probably won't wholly disagree, but that's not the issue here... Had Assange leaked sensitive government data on say Iran, Syria or Turkey, the man probably would not be alive right now or he would be living in protection and hiding for the rest of his life.
I also second Gunny's thoughts on the matter.
Regardless of what you people see as transparency of governments of which I'm not entirely wholly against mind you... However, there are certain things that NEED TO STAY SECRET, lest it destabilize the entire planet's fragile government relations and bring us damn near to the brink of war.
Mr. Assange has done a good job of inciting that so far, so thanks pal, you're a real friend.
Not too surprisingly, Interpol placed Assange on its red notice list of wanted persons for a swedish sex crime investigation and have placed an arrest warrant out for him.
Learning the truth is important without a doubt, but without diplomacy and some tact in how to go about it, you could cause more harm than good in the long term. Most likely, it will probably be the last thing Julian Assange will ever learn, before someone makes an attempt at his life I'm sure.

are u an Art Critic?
Considering all the excellent artwork he does single-handedly for the Silver Arrows website and all the SA members insignias,(of course, I've done some of my own too for them, the patches
)...
Sure, we can go with that.
Vishnu, it's a nice idea, but like Arrow stated, why not create something for the upcoming 1.9 release? I'm sure OP wouldn't mind "outsourcing" some graphics creation to the community here... Hell he let me redo the sector maps!
See what your creativity can do about a new Crossfire insignia for 1.9!

Man, when I was a kid I used to love to create all kinda crap from legos, I had a very good imagination.
From space guns to all kinds of ships I saw on sci-fi flicks growing up, those were primarily my usual creations.
I also did my fair share of actual plastic kit models too, used to have a model of the space shuttle years ago... *sigh* Memories.
As odd, weird or *facepalming* as you would like to think Vishnu, I find the LDD program rather relaxing sometimes. I actually enjoy creating things more than blowing them surprisingly, although I'll always love to blow up aliens anytime.
