Dude,
Short answer is its probably not your router that is the problem (if you can see both boxes from your router, meaning they are on the same IP sub-net).
Can you PM with with details of the OS's on each machine, and if they are set up for file sharing, I will try and help you.PiA_JtaK

Well I have always maintained that piracy is not a proffesion, but a hobby.
If I do not make money at it fine, I do it to have fun, so a good joke, a funny story, a quick battle, as long as we both get someting out of our exchange, I am good

To do a meaningful test, the person helping would need to run the same version of the OS as the server.....
The differences between sever versions and professional version is huge.

You are quitee right, there was a fault with the page, a typo really in the code, I have emailed Op a revised copy of this page, plus a few more I have corrected, hopefully should be sorted in a few days.
In the meantime, if you know the name of the system you are interested in, you can always use the Alphabetic list of systems, which will take you to it.
My apologies for the error.

@ Azadur, no need to apologise. I am not known for my psychotic behaviour, tantrums and bad memory are my specialities.....
To address your question, I can best answer it by pointing you towards the Crossfire Database (see list on left of screen), which lists all the new equipment and ships, as well as there locations and prices. I would also refer you to the Crossfire and Altair Maps , which should fill in nearly all your gaps.
If you have any other questions, I would suggest asking a member of the Welcome Committee , or indeed any member of the server clans (BG, PiA, DC, LP, IOC and CFPD).
If that does not work, try and ask me, I promise not to attack you

Are you sure it was me, I am the only player that uses the char name JtaK, and I dont remember going postal in Colorado, had a few accidents in NY, but that was a long time ago. I am not in the habit of loosing my temper because of being bumped by another player, who would in any case have no control over his ship if undocking.....

I was going to suggest IRC, but once again I was too slow.....

The most efficient mechanism for distributing any large file, is through the Usenet (Newsgroups).
This allows one person to post, and anyone who has access a Usenet server (usually provided by there ISP), can download this file at their maximum bandwidth. I refer you all to for further details.
If Op would allow FTP access to the updated Mod, it can be posted as a split RAR file, with PAR2 files to ensure that the unachieved file is 100% complete.
I appreciate that only a handful of us are familiar with Usenet and Newsgroup software, but within any likely timeframe, it would be possible to create and test user guides that ensure that all users could download the mod using this method.
Those users whose ISPs do not provide access to Usenet, can subscribe to an excellent service for as little as 6 USD for one month.

As I have said before in other posts, I do not see the need for clan members to have licenses. There is however a need for FLs who engage in RP to have them.
I am in PiA, so all those involved in ASF/CSF know where my allegiance lies. We advertise our clans RP function in the forums, as do all clans. If I see another clan member from whichever clan, I know what roles they play. What I cannot know is the role FLs have decided to play. It is for this purpose that licenses are useful.
I also agree that any FL who is engaged in RP, should have an appropriate license, and should stick to that role. Individuals who engage in random acts of piracy out of boredom, give RP a bad name, and they should stop.

As I will be adding the information to the database, I may as well tell you, its Coalition HQ for the holoprojector, price is about 9.4m.
There is now easy way off adding munitions to the databse, but I believe the Coalition torpedos are available in the House Capitals of the Sirius systems.

Someone make a list of the prisons and where they are.
Well if you all post them here, I will add them to the database, which should be with Op tomorrow.
