Question Winmerg looks a lot like Beyond Compare which I already have and know how to use, so my question is should the two folders be identical the Freelancer on and the FLMM = C:\Freelancer (working copy of CF 2.0) with C:\FlMM\mods\Freelancer 2 - Crossfire (Original CF 2.0 Mod)

Thanks I'll try the Winmerg, and I wasn't saying I got on the server with 1.9 - I'm saying I Haven't been on since 1.9 and months ago at that, in references to the 6 week Roll Back Post I saw on this forum around November 5th or so.

And Yes NucNuc that was me Bank&Trust :walklike:

First I haven't played on 1.9 in months, seriously due to RL I've maybe been on twice for about 10 minutes since I don't know when and that was a while ago, so I don't believe its a roll back issue.

Regardless of which profile or char I access when I attempt to jump to another system I get kicked to Pittsburg, I was told it was an old license issue so I got a new one as well as new equipment and a new ship, but it keeps happening. I don't want to reinstall Freelancer Crossfire again since I did that three times getting my SP issues fixed.

Is there something I'm missing here before I totally revamp all twenty of my chars and literally start all over again, and for those who have seen the AV issue I have nothing in my quarantine, and all my Freelancer EXE's have rights to the Network in my AV. ?(

I'm at the point in SP where we reach the Nomad Lair and there's a cut scene where the Osiris cloaks, unfortunately my ship never leaves the Osiris before in vanishes and once the cut scene ends I'm stuck inside an invisible ship unable to continue the mission.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanx a million Wanderer, I actually used both methods listed in the link you provided by MourHuhn and SilverFox.

Now not only does my text look awesome and re-sized perfectly, but I also get an option to pick my cross-hair type and lane warp color at the start of every game...Kudos Mate! :walklike:

As it turns out the solution was under the link Forlon gave me above for graphics issues, including the pointer problem looking like it did.

Now I have another problem with wide screen mode, in some places the text overlaps. I found where to change thi from the CF 1.9 info, but I need know the default settings...anyone know?

Thanks Forlon, one more question - during install before launch of SP I had the option to choose cursor styles Trent, Juni etc. how can I get that back, I don't see that menu anymore and I need to change my pointer the square thingy I just can't get use to.

I actually got it to work by running in Windows 7 mode, but now my problem is the graphics of the Suns rays is big and blocky, looks like a low res setting of some kind yet everything in options is maxed out.

    Any ideas here?

I've actually had this problem since 1.9 after I upgraded to Windows 8.1, but now here is 2.0 and it's still there - or rather not there.

The opening graphics no longer show, I hear everything but can't see anything but a black screen.

If I hit ESC once I get to the main menu everything is fine, but I'd like to view he opening story myself rather than from a YouTube video.

Anyone having this problem know how o fix it?

I noticed that under curtain members Avatar's are links to Skype, Steam, etc.

I believe I found the place in my profile to put this info, but can't seem to get it to work. ?(

Is "Steam Profilseite" asking for the link to that page, user name or what? Because no matter what I put there it vanishes on a page refresh and nothing shows under my Avatar.

In my quest to find once again some info on perhaps what I call a due date (and Yes, I know these things take lots of time and effort) for Crossfire 2.0 Release info.

My search lead me to MOD DATABASE where I found this taste morsel: Freelancer Crossfire 2.0

Some of you may have already seen this but its new to me, and although I do recognize some of the artwork from still images I've seen it all put together looks fantastic!

From Take Off to Landing I was hooked once again even by this teaser, and must say I can hardly wait...Bravo to all involved in making Crossfire 2.0 a reality.

It's long in the making, but will be well worth the wait.
