For some odd reason, none of my chars can come up.
I see the server on the server list, but when I try to attach it repeatedly says Lost Connection Try Again.
But when it comes back from that little message, there are still active users online and I get a ping rate.
Its not the server, its something else.
Just asking.

As for us, we whole heartedly agree and abstain from hostility.
This is fun RP and there are only a few loose cannons running around out there.
Since there are those of us in ALL CLANS who still have honor, and play by the rules and respect the other players, it should be advised that regardless which person or persons are out there creating any havoc amongst our true community, there are those of us who will stop it.
And we will. Bank on it.

Well this is interesting.
I can't say I know anything about these guys as I left right before the "dark days".
My clan affiliation back then was, well, let's just say they are gone now. But now in coming back, OP gave me a second chance and I am eternally grateful for it.
It would be my suggestion that OP make the ultimate decision.
<b>IF</b> they come back (with real chars and not fakes) then I would say they had damn well better play it straight (pun intended).
You must earn the right to be here, and as such you must <b>maintain</b> the right to be here.
Anything less is total ignorance of the rules of the community AND the server --- and we know where <b>THAT</b> leads.

If you F8 your status window, and select a faction, you will see their alliances and unfriendlies.
It's part of the game.
If you need a rep fixed, in some cases, you need to approach the "alliance" faction to bribe them in order to get the "other" faction back to neutral or green.
And no Gonzo, that doesn't mean you.

There is an even easier solution to the "use of fuel" idea but from another angle....
Make the cloaking "device" actually a level 10 gun, or an energy using device from panel one of the onboard equip screens. Maybe even a fulltime burning shield replacement.
Make the "gun" or "shield" an "auto-fire" once activated and you will see your energy bar start falling like a rock. Actually, you could even make it force-out the use of guns while in cloak.
The timing of the cloak has to be energy based anyway and I would think you can pre-fix the burn time to make the use of it worth the cost and loss of a gun and/or shield.
Once the energy runs out, guess what? No cloak, and no guns either until the bar restores to functional levels.
The advantage here is:
(1) you have to lose a gun or some other "important" object;
(2) it would be used less in sneak combat since you are a gun short as well as no power to use guns or in a limited way depending on power restrictions placed on guns.
(3) Primary use would be more for traders and others getting past bad rep NPC systems safely.
It's just an idea, not sure if it is even feasible.
I would say if the addition of a cloak costs more headaches for OP and disrupts the dynamics of the game, then I vote for no cloak.

You now have the title of "Foren God", and not "Forum God".
So please keep up the good work Laser, maybe someday you can reach the impossible "Forum God" status.
