    That's a turret from the SP storyline - acquired first time in California at the gate being stopped by Liberty military. If you smoke the assasins, they jettison this gun.

    That right, but see the Moonstalker Missile, i got of then to, but need to wait to lvl 10 to buy ammo, and the assassins are hard to kill, they launch lots of missiles and need to use afterburn all the time to dogde, and if you got hit is dead
