    As of March 19, 2007:


    ~MN~ Clan has no rights to enter Tarsus.


    Charges: ~MN~ Raptor has once again fired on CFPD officers in Tarsus: Purchased a Warship (fighter) without permission.


    ~MN~ clan is now set to hostile and will be fired upon by CFPD if ~MN~ is caught in Tarsus.


    If ~MN~ clan is caught in Tarsus again, after this date, A declaration of war will be presented.


    I will await contact from ~MN~ leadership to try and correct this action, by using Diplomatic reasoning first. However, I suggest ~MN~ gets a leash on its members before this escalates.

    Due to the defiance of members of the ~MN~ clan, a full Declaration of War is now in effect between CFPD and ~MN~ until further notice.


    Be careful in pvp with ~MN~ as 3 or 4 of their members will warp almost 2 to 4k in pvp due to their "connection".


    Charges: ~MN~ clan members entered Tarsus again after being told their rights were revoked.

    Liberty, New York - MN_Raptor approached CFPD this evening to resolve the conflict between MN clan and CFPD. Negotiations were recorded and despite a lengthy discussion, for all intents and purposes, this reporter was amazed at the direction and outcome of the communications.


    MN wishes to resolve all open hostilities once and for all, and as well, the CFPD wishes only for system wide peace efforts to continue.


    Speaking from his battleship stationed in orbit above Manhattan, Raptor openly discussed reparations and treaty solutions to CFPD XO, Morder-Hackchen.


    With witnesses present, the dialogue was open and quite agreeable to all in view.


    The system peace which has been sought by both parties seems to be imminent.


    Further dialogue will most likely be required very soon, but for the time being it could be possible that a new and further alliance between MN and CFPD could succeed.


    Further news will be forthcoming as it becomes available.
