I have just installed the latest Version 2.01 and everytime I am starting the game, there is an Update for teh SP. Is this normal?

Its like we updating mostly for multiplayer purposes which is why you get always updates shown. You can ignore that if you simply want to run single player. But it might also be that sometimes OP also includes update for the single player - which is why in principal it is offered everytime.
