I just started playing the multiplayer of freelancer crossfirer and no one seems to be on. i want to make money and explore with friend using the crossfire/swat portal Discord, but no one joins there either. Is game dead or do i Just need to be on at different time?

the game is more than 20 years old ... I mean, under this circumstances, Crossfire is very active
but maybe meeting on the forums and then playing together is more productive.

That you maybe have played when nobody is online (there are times with more activity) is imaginable. But that there is nobody on the discord is highly doubtful. There are always well over 100 ppl online.
