Is it possible to create a Private Crossfire 2.0 Freelancer server using my own computer and flserver.exe?

I want to play privately with my brother but i can't exactly use flserver.exe xD

Is there a way to create a server on my computer AND play on my computer and have somebody else join through LAN/Internet?
