[11] Just so everyone has a better understanding about Tarsus rules. We have granted permission to all server clans to come to Tarsus to purchase Shroud. By no means does this imply that we allow ANYONE to camp over night. Also if an R_39 member tells you to leave, leave. We do not need to give a reason for you to leave, it is our home.
Freelancers, you must ask permission to be in our space for any reason. If you want to buy the shroud please ask. We may be busy with a meeting or training and may say not right now. You can ask later.
If you are caught with a shroud and no R has given you permission to enter Tarsus we will hunt you till you sell.Later when you have shown you can be trusted not to be sneaky we may let you enter Tarsus.
For those of you that just want to be hunted sneak in and we will hunt you. [11]

Dear Freelancers, Just to clarrify, all Clans in CF pay rent ( real money) for the right and privaledge to own our respective systems, clan systems are not freespace!
We respect each others Clan systems and all we ask is you do the same.Ask and you will recieve,

Ok, its been a few days, and I'm hesitant to get a Shroud, cuz there are no R_39 members online... What happened guys? Are you guys so occupied that you cannot come online?
Anyways, hearing that you will be KOS if you are seen with a Shroud bought without permission, and that you haven't been online for the past few days, I'll make a public announcement for permission.
Tonight, or tomorrow, can I go to Tarsus to buy a Shroud. If yes can you please tell me where to buy it in Tarsus (i've never been there). Otherwise, if no, well then come back online soon...
