  • That song was such a hit when it came out, eeeh... childhood memories.

  • Heh, the phrase "never gets old" can also mean "stillborn"...

    I'll see myself out.

"Across the savage skies and through the fissures in the fields,
The rumble of the engines and the trundle of the wheels,
Through hell and horror trudge and yet their spirits never yield.
Will they sing of these forsaken pawns of war?"
-Miracle Of Sound, "Pawns of War".

  • Nah, Great War ain't gold... it's a way more useful metal.

This one was reminded by your previous video for some reason...

...aaand I remember hearing this in a soundtrack of a C&C Generals mod. A GLA soundtrack, naturally. So naturally this reminds me of Quad Cannon spam.

  • Wow... this is niiiice, looove the guitar, probably my favorite musical instrument.

And somehow that reminded me of:

    1:31 - ARABIAAAAAAAAAN NIIIIIIIIIIGHTS....

  • Also since we're going to that direction.

And another one... That explosion in the beginning is totally jacked from Freelancer SFX set.

  • Well, I guess I'm now on Will Smith's wave:

    Childhooooooooooooooood memory vibes now... ^^

And gtg now though, catch ya later dude (or tomorrow), not sure. Have fun and take care! ;)

  • Childhood wave you say?

Okay, this wasn't a "childhood wave" for me, more like "early adulthood wave" back when I was very into WH40k. Still a favorite whenever I'm either in bad mood or playing an RTS, running a siege and sending in heavy artillery. "From Iron cometh Strength. From Strength cometh Will. From Will cometh Faith. From Faith cometh Honor. From Honor cometh Iron. This is Unbreakable Litany and may forever be so."

  • Well, and this is more like tenagerhood wave for me. Probably the only good thing I remember about that time was the music. Let's just say, I have good reasons to hate that time of my life.

Also, just found this... the dude shows he can also do something on his own. His covers are great tho IMHO.

...what are the odds of Sabaton covering this? :D

  • Since today's the Navy Day. (Though this song was adopted as an unofficial anthem by Northern Fleet torpedo boat crews)

  • Looks like it.

I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but the titular Bismarck was built in Hamburg (Blohm und Voss shipyard).
