ASF/CSF rules suggestion

  • ok, we have a nice univers map now and nice rules.
    we fought today alot (till the server crashes again and again). but the rules are too basic.


    we discussed and here are a nice suggestion:


    everyday the 2 sides will fight for systems.
    if side A kills 15x fighters from side B within 24 hours, then side A will get the system.


    this is nice. i added some better idea:


    CSF kills ASF in ASF territory: 20 kills needed to get the system
    CSF kills ASF in War zones: 15 kills needed to get the system
    CSF kills ASF in CSF territory: 10 kills needed and all ASF have to stay out of this sys for 24 hours
    CSF kills CSF anywhere: just stupid


    same counts for ASF.


    short overview:
    attack: 20 kills
    new sys: 15 kills
    defend: 10 kills


    discuss this rules here to make them valid.

    CSF/ASF can only attack a system at the border of the terriotry, not in the middle.

  • how about we arrange for a system war. then if a player gets killed they r to reteat to the next nearste system and stay there. the last man standing in that system win for his side??

    and when they got you 10 times you lost the attack for this day and ALL ASF have to stay out of this system for 24h.

    in ASF/CSF territory there is KOS between ASF and CSF

    1) simple by chatting with other players, who were online before you


    2) post wins/lost/defended systems for this day in the forums


    mostly all kills happen one after another. one side will fight as long as they need to get the wins.


    we could also use the additional rule that all fights must be within 2 hours. older kills gets lost.

  • what happens if ur alone on the server and get attacked by the opponent faction


    doesnt it mean that u might loose the system without having a chance to defend it?

  • Wavy and i were disscussing Trains


    Established space is ASF has Liberty and Rhineland...CSF Bretonia and Kusari...If CSF ships are in CSF established space they will not be attacked..the same goes for ASF ships in ASF established space. If these trains are found in established enemy territory such as a CSF train in New Berlin it is fair game to attack as it should not be there. Shifting of systems due to battle will not affect this as some people may not be on line on either side to know if ivaded systems have shifted or not.


    All battles should hve a set limit. 15 kills to a side seems a fair deal. No matter who fights who and where.
    and this includes boarder worlds.



    If a system is lost it cant be re invaded for 24hrs. This seems to be a fair time limit.



    And all established Clan systems are off limits to invasion.


    plz comment on these suggestions and we see if they should be enacted or not.

  • If there is a lone defender and a system is invaded...he should stay docked. Invasion shouldnt take place unless there are two or more defenders online. For a system to be takesn a battle MUST take place. I can only see this to a fair way to solve the problem.

    Each side choising a champion and after x kills the winner get the system ?

  • An Aquiles to defeat, everyone has at least 1 week spot, who kows, maybe a new legend would born. Of course, both side has to agree on this before the battle.

  • But if the defenders are not in a position to defend or don't want to defend they can just run for it so no 15 kills no win and in larger battles 15 will come and go pretty fast


    another thing is why don't we keep freighters excluded from the fighting for two reasons, killing trains isn't really much fun for either side and the new Berlin prisoner run is the last decent trade route and now the ASF have it all to themselves unless op can make a equivalent run in CSF territory and maybe we could have missions to stop the enemy's trading
