hello, sorry to even ask questions but I would like to know if I buy a class armor 9 on my ship did it take the weight and therefore will be less agile ?

Yes, Armor adds to mass on your ship. Armor 9 adds 90% mass to ship hull.

i don't even notice the less agility it seems the same to me, but I do notice the increased strange's.

when your in radiation you can see the difference. But if your in a fight with really powerful foe's you wont see difference much, because there guns are so powerful. -

More armor affect acceleration and inertia ... but this is important mainly for PvP
