    ok peeps...


    due to the appearance of this bug that has been abused


    to make incredible sums of $ Im forced to release a new version of Crossfire


    Version


    1.54 will be released within the next few hours
    it will most likely be an update that


    overwrites CF1.53


    the bug will be gone after the update (which is needed to play on


    the server)


    i also changed some performance settings because of a theory i


    have
    reports were given that in cf1.52 lag started if ppl were in altair
    now the same


    happens in sirius for version 1.53 - i think this is because changes of details i did for


    this version


    this morning i did some tests to balance these details so they are low


    but still good looking... it is no guarantee that this is really the cause of the recent lag


    on CF but its a good chance


    if i was right with my theory the lag will be reduced in


    CF 1.54 to a level that is even below CF1.52


    ill give more instructions how to update


    CF to version 1.54 in a few hours

    ok the new version is out now


    deactivate CF 1.53 in flmm and then close


    flmm


    download the update from the CF page (www.crossfire.swat-portal.de)


    -> about 10mb


    and load it into flmm -> you will be asked to overwrite CF1.53 -> click


    on yes


    activate CF 1.54 and have fun

    pointed out to u was useing the bug???

    also ich habe gestern zb ein bs gekauft (9,9 mille)um an das schild (7,2 mille)zu


    kommen und hab das bs um ca 7,5 mille verkauft aber schild behalten is das normal? das bs


    mit 280000 armor is nur 2 mille wert ?
    ist ein wenig unrealistisch finde ich da macht man


    ja noch profit mit dem bs .. (ich habe es sofort wieder verkauft)

    that shield on the BS is saying that its


    an adv. champ shield but that is not true.... its a BS shield created only for the

    that you keep it after selling the ship is already know... dunno how to prevent

    the shield has different stats (even if it shows the stats of the adv. champ

    if you dont want to loose your chars you should sell it and get a real adv.

    Another problem guys, how do i make the updates to work? they


    just expand into my documents, creating a new folder, should i just copy and paste it over


    the old files?

    Didn't worked, man. FLMM crashed after i copyed and


    activated the mod, the freelancer didn't started, crashed to desktop, then i had to


    uninstall freelancer completely and the flmm to the windows return to work properly - yes,


    this OS didn't worked properly after that!

    somehow i got the impression that it lags
