Banned account 25/03/2016 -> Solved

    Could someone please unban my account? Happened with char /D/s\F\-AvSM(T)


    This is what happened: Started up my pc, used the launcher to download files, started CF, bought some diamonds from planet NL, launched to space -> kicked out. I tried this several times to figure out the problem and eventually account was banned. It didn't kick me out when I didn't buy anything and launched to space so it seems that my files were not updated (well launcher did update something).


    If I have understood correctly (thanks to TSH guy): If you buy something, launch to space and get kicked out from server -> restart pc, use the launcher as usually and everything should work fine now?

    When launcher updates don't work, one more thing that can help is removing write protection from FL folder once again, and then restarting the launcher.
    Also, make sure you are running CF with administrator rights.

    I logged in well before the "Ion storm" and after that the commodities are still the same. So "market goods" didn't update/change this morning or for some reason I had the updated files before the "ION storm".

    Clients commodities update is done in time circa 1/2 hour prior is server restarted. In this timeframe is advised do not trade, because your client data and server are different. Server will have market updated with server restart.
