It would be interesting to realize a bridgehead in distant lands of savages.We can travel to Inner space with a widely convoy and deploy a core into remote space.As many trains as well, and a strong defense around. It might be an idea for a profitable mission for all clans and freelancers alike.
Ofc, if technically possible , thinking at base reputation with residents npc or permission to do that.

afaik it's technically possible and imo a great idea. and would be fun to deliver all the needed goods to IC to establish at least the equipment dealer upgrade. we would need big convoys with massive fire support, a task for many nice IC missions. the affiliation should be one of the specific alien races. we have players with all needed.
so we need only permission to begin

a clan base cannot be simply placed all around in the universe. we have limited to clan space only. While creating a base might work in the first place it wont in the other.
Also for such a remote base someone from the clan leaders has to create it as well as we need to know which system you choose. There are preparations required on our side too. -
